Dues can also be dropped off in the Association Drop Box located upstairs in the clubhouse (just to the left of the elevator on the 2nd floor).
Clubhouse Rental
The Valley Pines Clubhouse is available for rental for functions and special occasions. Please contact us at info@valleypineshoa.com for more information.
Parking Policy
One vehicle is allowed per condo. A vehicle registration form must be completed and emailed to info@valleypineshoa.com
Patio Decor
Pet Policy
Only owners are allowed to have pets. Tenants are prohibited from owning pets.
Trash and Recycling
Valley Pines offers two trash enclosure areas. One located on the North side of the property (near the clubhouse) and one at the South side of the property (near the parking area). Trash pick up occurs 3x per week and recycling 1x per week. Oversized/illegal dumping is prohibited.
Patios must be kept clean and free from clutter. Acceptable patio furniture is allowed. Bicycles must be placed in bike racks.
